Breaking: Pop Star Uses Own Brain!

Wonders never cease. In this era in which pop culture is little more than a propaganda arm of the progressive neo-Marxist identity politics elite, and pop icons little more than half-conscious prostitutes for global communism — i.e., the basest “capitalist pigs” of all time — the “entertainment industry” is the last place one should ever expect to hear truth spoken to power. Well, well….

A famous pop singer, Seal, has publicly done the unthinkable, crossing the line from the conformity of progressive talking points into the rarefied air of common sense and calling things as he sees them. And not into an issue on the dim fringes of the revolution, but right into the belly of the beast: Oprah Winfrey’s “brave” horse manure of self-absolution. Posting photos of Oprah and her long-time friend Harvey Weinstein cavorting together, Seal, a pop singer who for this moment at least sounded like a grown man, called her out on her hypocrisy.

But in honor of this auspicious occasion, we should all be quiet now and let Seal speak for himself — imagine that: a pop star actually having a “self” for which to speak! Enjoy.

But in this era of taking one’s allies wherever one finds them, I say “Seal, you are officially exempted from all my past and future remarks about the hideousness, corrosiveness, and cynicism of today’s pop culture.”
